About Noel Keogh
Noel has worked at the intersection of public and private capital, supporting development finance institutions, multilateral organisations, global NGOs, and impact investors in the appointment of senior leaders. He has built a strong network of qualified candidates, and a deep understanding of leadership challenges in complex, international environments.
He advises on critical senior appointments, where judgement, stakeholder alignment, and cultural fit drive long-term success, and is known for a thoughtful, relationship-led approach that engages clients and candidates effectively.
